Get Out is an application-driven towards behavioral change, informed by research and utilizing the design thinking process. It uses social pressure and notifications to use a beneficial change in a user's life: to get them outside more!

A study taken from Countries in North America and Europe showed around 90% of people spend close to 22 hours inside every day.
Problem Statement
People are spending more time inside (related to work, entertainment, etc.), how might we motivate them to go outside?

Help users get outside to relieve anxiety motivation through notifications and social pressure on an application

Most Difficult Part
The hardest part of designing this project was to find a way of getting users motivated to use the app and actually go outside. To make this happen, the app needed to be easy to use and not require a lot of phone time. Eliminating some of my original ideas
